Cancellations: In Stock Items - After you place an order for an in stock item, the order can be cancelled within 24 hours and as long as it has not been processed. Once your order has begun to be processed or has shipped it cannot be canceled. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee

Packaging Policy: Product packaging is not guaranteed to be mint however we will always strive to package your order as carefully and accurately as possible. Manufacturers and distributors often ship their items that arrive with a 'squished corner' or 'dent' to the box/packaging. The item you are purchasing will be un-damaged; however the condition of the box it is in may not be perfect. Pre-Orders: A pre-order can be canceled within 24 hours of it being placed. Some items that are pre-ordered cannot be canceled after 24 hours. This includes and is not limited to pre-orders for: Master Replica’s limited edition products, Gentle Giant products exceeding $120.00, any and all signature edition products. Pre-orders of $300.00 or more are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if canceled. Special orders and back orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. These are items that we are ordering specifically for you and cannot be canceled with our vendor.

Pre-Orders: On all Preorders your credit card is checked for available funds but it is NOT charged. A temporary authorization is placed on the card at the time of order but it will be removed in 7 - 10 days depending on your Credit Card Company. We will charge your credit card when items are in stock and being prepared for shipment. We never charge credit cards in advance. Please note: if using PayPal as form of payment your PayPal account will be charged, if requested the amount can be refunded to your PayPal account and funds will be due when item is in stock and ready to ship. If you order multiple items with some in stock and some on preorder/backorder, we only charge your credit card for the items that are in stock and being prepared for shipment. AP Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer/distributor delays or allocations.

Products: All products available on our website are brand new and factory sealed unless otherwise noted. Images of opened products are for reference only.

Refunds: Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund after the item has been received. Return shipment with tracking/delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended. AP Collectibles is not liable for packages damaged or lost during return transit. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless AP Collectibles was in error.

Sales Tax: Indiana Residents are required to pay 7.00% sales tax.

Shipping Policy: In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders will ship within 1-2 business days of arrival. Special-orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are based on service selected, weight and shipping destination. AP Collectibles reserves the right to increase shipping costs for over-sized items & excessive weight items based on your shipping address. International orders will ship via USPS Global Express or Airmail Parcel both will include insurance. Customs declarations will be declared as 'Merchandise' and the full product purchase price declared.

Special-Orders: Special-orders WILL be charged immediately if the item is available (PayPal/Check/Money Order will require payment within 7-10 days). The item will not be ordered until payment is made. Orders requiring multiple shipments will be charged shipping/handling for each shipment. Additionally, AP Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer/distributor delays or allocations.

Return Policy: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless AP Collectibles was in error. We may however decide to pay for return shipping at our discretion. AP Collectibles is not responsible for any damage while in transit to or from your destination. All items are fully insured and claims must be processed through the appropriate shipping carrier. Items being returned at the customer's expense should be insured by the customer as AP Collectibles is not responsible for shipment damages.
